Some of them are small and some of them are big, they can look almost like anything, and they all come with an elemental type. Their types are electric, fire, water, rock, psychic, fighting, bug, dragon, dark, flying, ghost, grass, ground, normal, poison and steel and ice. And then there are dual types which can be almost any combination of those... Ummm, I guess all of this is a lot of information to take in at once.
Yours is a rock/ground-type pokemon, sir.
